Hi, a lot of people who are interested with the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Plan have been asking about the "cheat days". And I keep thinking that they have not even started dieting yet and they're already interested with the "cheat days". This part of the whole plan which helps to make the diet effective has become one of the "cons of Fat Loss 4 Idiots" to some users.
